Entered in the Registry Office, Dublin, 20th day of June, 1868.Folio manuscript with stamps and seals. Gilbert is described as a gentleman of Cromac Park, Belfast. The plan shows 2 intended new streets running off and parallel to Fitzroy Avenue which appears to have been re-named `University Street'. The document also shows the transfers of the ground from The Marquis of Donegall in 1827 through to Gilbert in 1866. IRISH
