The ground granted is bordered on the north side by University Street and on the south side by Stable Lane. The lease stipulates, amongst other things, that the Marquis of Donegall and his heirs have the right to ''hunt hawk, fish and fowl in and through all said premises and to take kill and destroy foxes, hares and all manner of fourfooted and other game and all wild fowl and to enter into and upon all and every or any part of the said premises with his and their servants and attendants and with hoses, dogs and guns, nets or other engines...''
