''This Indenture made the Ninth day of October in the year of our Lord, One Thousand Eight Hundred and sixty four between the Right Honourable John William Montagu, Earl of Sandwich, and William Crawford, of Dalchoolin, in the County of Down, Esquire, of the first part, his Grace the Most Noble William Drogo, Duke of Manchester, of the second part, and William Hutchison of Tandragee in the County of Armagh, Gentleman.'' There is a map of the demised premises by John White, showing them bordering Castle Street and the Ulster Railway Company. IRISH
